How much does an inspection cost?

Every building and every property is unique in its features. Our inspection fees are therefore personalized and quoted on a per property basis, depending on the size and complexity of the property. Please note that our estimate is based on the property description you provide to us, and we reserve the right to adjust the inspection fee if we find the property to be different than as described for the estimate.

Forms of Payment

All of our written reports are delivered to your door via UPS C.O.D. service after the date of inspection. Please be prepared to pay the driver upon delivery of the report. We’re sorry, but credit cards are not accepted.
